Our variety of products and services are used in over 50,000 facilities around the world.At Opus IVS, we offer our employees a host of additional compensation and benefits, including but not limited to college tuition reimbursement, flexible work option (where applicable), competitive 401K match, commission/bonuses, referral bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.Job OverviewOpus IVS is looking for a talented and personable Onboarding & Retention Specialist responsible for the training of new clients on recently purchased products, as well as, ensuring satisfaction of the product(s) technology.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering all inbound phone calls
  • Answering inbound Phone requests from clients in a timely fashion
  • Documenting customer interactions properly within the CRM as a matter of record
  • Provide remote training to customers to ensure full capability of tools are utilized with no issues
  • Assist with integration of tool in the client's system
  • Monitor client usage reports
  • Follow up with client on any technical issues; escalate if necessary
  • Other duties as assignedQualifications
    • Must have High School diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 2 years working in technical support or equivalent environment
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Able to successfully navigate Windows 10 and Office 365
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
      • High learning agility
      • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
      • Experience training in a remote capacity
      • Familiarity with SLAs and meeting Metrics
      • Call center and/or sales experience
      • Bilingual a plus but not required
