Job Description:
The Business Administrator is responsible for providing
effective and efficient business support to management
team.
- Serve as the AutoTask Administrator
- Setting up new users and maintain existing users
- Monitoring and maintaining contracts
- Project Set-up and maintenance
- Ticket creation and maintenance
- Add Subcontractor's time & expenses into AT
- Track hours against Fixed Fee tasks & Prepaids so that when
they get billed to the customer, researches and sends to Controller
the information needed for bonuses
- Various reporting (to be defined)
- Create Service's proposal based on input from Service's
Management.
- Create Master Service Agreements and provide to Services and
Sales personnel as requested
- Create Engagement Authorizations and provide necessary
follow-up to ensure signatures are obtained.
- Create and manage Godlan Assurance agreements
- Create Statement of Works and provide necessary follow-up to
ensure signatures are obtained.
- Internal setup and processing activities for new customers: New
Godlan-sold customers, New Alliance customers, New Hosting
customers, New Prophecy customers, Assurance customers
- Support weekly billing review
- Support weekly timecard entry review
- Identify areas for process improvement and present
recommendations to the Management team
- Support for new employee on-boarding
- Maintain PSO metrics and scorecards
- Checks, corrects, and maintains a variety of financial and
other business records/ documents.
- Process financial and business transactions as
requested
- Perform accounting computations and calculations accurately,
and try to identify and correct discrepancies, if
necessary
- Support financial or business audits
- Provide support in the preparation of various financial and
administrative reports.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- 3 years' experience with providing administrative support
activities
- 3 years' experience with financial support activities
- Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills,
problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication
skills
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation
software
- Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal
skills
- Ability to work with a team and have attention to
detail
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze
data
