Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our international privacy and technology compliance and legal services, VeraSafe is seeking an exceptional firm operations specialist to support our remote team of attorneys and consultants. The successful candidate will be a generalist - willing to learn and participate in many different areas of the business.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to join a fun, international team that is working on the cutting edge of privacy and data protection. You will primarily be supporting privacy and data security compliance teams as well as interacting with clients and prospective clients, and your colleagues will largely be attorneys and IT security professionals. Above all, this role demands excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and both written and oral communication skills.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Management of customer records through CRM updates
Creating invoice drafts
Reviewing, proofreading, formatting, and finalizing final reports for our consulting engagements
Writing, reviewing, proofreading, formatting, and finalizing proposals in support of new client acquisition
Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings upon request
Providing responsive support to colleagues using our project management, CRM, and accounting applications
Answering occasional live chats, emails, and phone calls from prospects (your responsibility is limited to providing basic information and scheduling a time for those prospects to meet with a senior VeraSafe team member if required)
Performing a variety of other administrative oriented tasks and duties as assigned

Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of software applications
