Deloitte's Green Dot Agency is looking for a User Experience Designer who has a knowledge of the interactive development process and is immersed in UX best practices. At the same time, you speak the language of business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to effectively articulate your ideas and sell work. The candidate will possess outstanding creativity, has a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems. In this role you will be designing experiences that are published on the Deloitte Insights web platform, the flagship destination for thought leadership.

Work you'll do

• Support the Associate Creative Director of experience design for Deloitte Insights to concept and oversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning campaigns.
• This person will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions.
• Creates low and hi fidelity wireframes that represent a user's journey as they interact with the Deloitte Insights website and app.
• Effectively pitch wireframes to oftentimes noncreative stakeholders. You'll be the greatest advocate for our work, but you'll also listen and internalize feedback so that we can come back with creative that exceeds expectations.

  What you'll bring to the table (Qualifications):

  • Thorough knowledge of UX/UI best practices with 3+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience
  • A designer's eye: Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes. This is a strongly creative position.
  • Possess problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a proactive nature-committed to delivering solutions
  • Passion for Human-Centered Design-a drive to make interactive technology better for real people.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
    Software skills, a strong proficiency/expertise in:
    
    • Figma
    • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
    • Microsoft suite

      • An outgoing personality and ability to interact with the Deloitte Insights team and stakeholders at all levels.

      • Detail-oriented: You must be highly organized, be able to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
      • Independence: The ability to make things happen with limited direction. Excellent proactive attitude, take-charge personality, and "can-do" demeanor.
      • Proficiency with Front-End UI technologies a bonus but not necessary (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
      • Experience with or knowledge of prototyping tools (such as Invision, Figma, Etc.)
