Job Description Position Summary:We have a great training program to equip our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) so they are fully prepared to provide support to our customers over the telephone and assist them in processing home warranty claims. This position primarily involves customer support over the telephone in a call-center environment.     • Participates in performance improvement plans as requested JOIN OUR APHW FAMILY TODAYKey Information about this position:Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)Working time: Full TimeJob Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.Wage: Starting at $14.00 per hr.Job Type: Inbound Contact CenterPaid Training Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (M-F for 8 weeks) After Training-HOURS OF WORK: 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Varying shifts starting at 2 p.m. Must have open availability.)
      • 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
      • 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.Benefits for full-time employees:
