Travel to all BlueOx Credit Union locations will be required.
Travel time to locations other than the MSA Float's home branch
will be paid and mileage over 100 miles round trip will be
reimbursed at BlueOx Credit Union's current mileage reimbursement
rate.***The Member Service Advisor assists members and potential
members with loan requests, new account openings, processes account
transactions, and resolves problems. The Member Service Advisor
provides clerical and administrative support needed to process and
close member loans. The Member Service Advisor is expected to
provide excellent member service, in accordance with expectations
set forth by Management, and strive to meet or exceed assigned
goals.Provide informed, prompt, accurate service and support to all
members and associates by waiting on or acknowledging members in
the lobby immediately, answering the telephone when possible, and
responding timely to messages or correspondence.Open all accounts,
certificates, loans, and other credit union products or services
accurately, ensuring all related forms and documents are completed
and filed/scanned in a timely manner. Carry out assigned duties and
responsibilities with minimal errors according to established
department standards.Actively cross-sell products and services to
members to achieve or exceed all established goals and assist in
meeting Branch and Credit Union goals.Troubleshoot and resolve
member and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate
manner.Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies
and procedures.Produce loan documents, reports, and new accounts
with no unresolved errors according to established standards.
Prepare applications for underwriting; complete, organize and close
loan documentation within the required time frame.If you are an
