Responsibilities:
--- Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and retention
--- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
--- Arrange business meetings (online) with prospective clients
--- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
--- Prepare checkout links, quotes, and other sales material for clients
--- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
--- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
--- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
--- Maintaining the CRM database (HubSpot)
--- Mining the CRM database for potential clients in the correct lifecycle stage for conversion
--- Meeting customer retention targets

Requirements:
--- Proven working experience
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
--- Experience in customer support is a plus
--- Experience in E-commerce/Packaging is a plus
--- Proficiency in MS Office HubSpot expert preferred (automation, workflow creation etc.) --- Proficiency in English Market knowledge
--- Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport
--- Time management and planning skills
