Job Description:

*Position*: Night Audit Supervisor

*Reports to*: Front Office Manager

*Job Type*: Full Time (40 hrs per week)

*Typical Shifts*: 11:00p-7:00a

*Schedule Requirements*: Open availability for all 7 nights per week

*Job Description*:

In addition to all duties of a Night Auditor, the Night Audit Supervisor will also:

Provide effective oversight of the Night Audit staff of 4-5 individuals, supporting 2 hotels

Collaborate with Front Desk and Accounting leadership to develop and maintain standard training protocols; ensure proper training of all team members

Act as Manager on Duty to resolve any guest complaints or security concerns

Compose and conduct performance evaluations, resolve associate problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

*Job Requirements*:

Must have 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a customer service field and be able to demonstrate leadership competencies

Ideal candidate will have experience at a hotel front desk, as a night auditor for at least 6 months

Must have prior experience working with Microsoft Excel, well versed in accounting-related formulas

Must be 18 years or older

Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Self-starting personality with an even disposition.

Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Must be willing to "pitch in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Ability to use a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.

Ability to effectively deal with customers, with high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and customers.

Ability to stand and move throughout the front office and continuously perform essential job functions.

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Experience:
* Night Audit: 1 year (Preferred)
* Customer Service Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
