This Call Center Representative position works with our client employees in our HRemote division. They are the primary point of contact in for inquiries pertaining to their employer sponsored benefit plans. The Call Center Representative's essential functions include:

* Assist employees with day-to-day questions that arise in regard to their employee benefit program.
* Promptly identify and resolve claim/billing issues, including investigation with carriers and service providers as needed.
* Access major insurance carrier/administrator systems to assist with resolving employee questions, fulfill ID card requests and locate in-network service providers.
* Handle all service inquiries related to Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA.
* Elevate complex inquiries to the Account Manager with approval of the Team Lead.
* Act as the employee liaison to internal service departments within the benefits division.
* Assist employees with all aspects of the enrollment process, including eligibility, qualifying events, termination, and plan design clarification.

Requirements

To be considered for the Call Center Representative position, you should have:

* 1-3 years of Employee Group Benefit experience
* 1-2 years customer service experience
* Knowledge of benefit enrollment systems (preferred)
* Life & Health License (preferred)
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (required)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong attention to detail
* Organization skills
* Like to solve problems
* Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
