Machine Operator We have openings for a full-time Food Machine Operator at our Sanders Candy Factory located at 23770 Hall Road in Clinton Township, Michigan. As a vital member of our Manufacturing and Production Team, the Machine Operator assists in the creation, assembly, packaging of our famous confections.About Us:Second Nature Brands is a leading U.S. manufacturer of premium and better-for-you snacking and treat products. Our family of brands, Kar's--, Second Nature-- and Sanders Fine Chocolatiers--, craft better snacks and treats built to nourish the body and the spirit.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Efficiently monitor and run various packaging machinesPerform assigned preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot & correct packaging machine problemsClean packaging machines and maintain a clean work environment.Assist with setting up and changing over of packaging machinesWork with team lead and supervisor to hit performance targetsFollow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Q&FS (Quality & Food Safety), and OSHA Safety policiesStarting pay rate:$17.06 per hour Shift premiums may be available depending on shiftAvailable Shifts Include: Morning shift from 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M. Afternoon shift 3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.
