We are looking for a sharp, curious, and well-read cybersecurity
expert to lead strategic and technical consulting projects with
automotive cybersecurity customers, helping to shape and implement
current and future product cybersecurity strategies across the
automotive ecosystem.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- You will work together with our customers in defining,
contextualizing, researching, and implementing their vehicle
product cybersecurity roadmap and technologies with both executives
and individual contributors alike
- You will work alongside a global team of industry experts on
cybersecurity technologies researching, analyzing and advising
clients on a wide range of cybersecurity technologies, tools,
regulations, processes, and systems
- You will support colleagues in the development and refinement
of core customer deliverables where needed, including threat & risk
assessment, UNECE R155, and beyond
- You will support the development of innovative research
proposals and lead the delivery/presentation of strategic
recommendations to leading automotive OEMs, industry consortiums,
and suppliers on a global basis ABOUT YOU
Essential Skills:
- Ability to develop compelling, research-driven presentations on
difficult, often technical subjects based on emerging automotive
product cybersecurity technologies and principles
- Experience with automotive cybersecurity requirements,
including design artifacts such as threat & risk analysis
(experience with tools and/or standards like SAMM a plus)
- Broad knowledge of the end-to-end automotive technology
ecosystem, including both in-vehicle and offboard systems (g. E/E
architecture, ECUs, connectivity, apps, software updates, cloud,
etc.)
- Experience in scoping and leading/managing projects while
sometimes working with only broad direction and minimal direct
feedback from customers
- Expert knowledge of key security standards and regulations
(UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, etc.)
- Ability to flexibly manage & prioritize multiple projects at
once while managing external and internal stakeholder needs
- Strong professional and technical writing skills, with a knack
for actionable "telling a story" and distilling "what it means"
through facts, figures, and insights Desirable
Skills/qualifications:
- Broad experience with and/or knowledge of the automotive
technology landscape, including infotainment, autonomy, electric
vehicles, shared mobility, cloud computing, and beyond
- Experience working in and/or supporting a cybersecurity group
at a leading automotive or IoT company (or similar)
- Working knowledge of key cybersecurity processes and outputs,
including incident response, requirements, threat assessment, and
