We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a CNC Machinist, you will have the opportunity to create and produce high-quality parts and tools using computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.Responsibilities:As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models to create precision parts.2. Operating CNC machinery to produce components as per the given specifications.3. Performing grinding operations to achieve desired dimensions and finishes.4. Using precision measurement tools to inspect and ensure that parts meet the required specifications.5. Conducting regular equipment calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.6. Programming CNC machines according to the production requirements.7. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.8. Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing basic repair tasks.9. Collaborating with the team to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.10. Documenting and reporting any issues or irregularities detected in CNC processes or parts.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the CNC Machinist position should have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with CNC machine operation, grinding, precision measurement, equipment calibration, and machine programming.3. Strong knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials used in manufacturing.4. Exceptional technical and mechanical skills.5. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.8. Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.10. A high school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
