Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for
their Dairy Processing facility.Responsibilities:
Supervise sanitation tasks ensuring compliance with company
policies and procedures.
Create and maintain a safe work environment.
Develop master sanitation schedules and SSOP's.
Validate efficiency of CIP systems.
Coordinate cleaning schedule for constant audit readiness.
Conduct sanitation, GMP, and food safety audits.
Collaborate with QA for pest management.
Maintain environmental, HACCP, and GMP programs.
Manage chemical inventories and budgets.
Identify water and chemical usage savings with QA and
operations.Qualifications:
3-5 years' food manufacturing experience; dairy processing
preferred.
College degree in relevant field preferred.
3+ years' direct supervision experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, safety, quality, HACCP,
and GMP's.
Proficiency in plant safety programs.
