customers save patient lives every day. The BIOVIGIL system enables
hospitals to improve their hand hygiene compliance by reminding
their employees to sanitize their hands each and every time they
walk into a patient room. We track each hand sanitization, and send
that data into the cloud where it is compiled into analytics for
the healthcare managers. Our customers have been able to
significantly increase their hand hygiene compliance after
deploying BIOVIGIL. Hand hygiene compliance reduces
hospital-acquired infections which in turns leads to saved patient
lives. We are currently in hyper-growth mode, installing the system
in hospitals across the U.S. About the Position BioVigil---s Data
Analyst ensures the seamless interchange of data between BioVigil
and our customer via reports and structured data sets and ensures
every customer has access to the BioVigil data that provides the
greatest impact to their organization. Primary Responsibilities
Interface with Clients and BioVigil Client Success managers to
identify, characterize, and specify client data input/output
requirements. Support Implementation manager by identifying key
integration paths to maintain and expand use of the BioVigil
system. Create queries and reports (including ad-hoc) reports to
support clients and BioVigil internal users. Work with BioVigil
developers to identify and implement data routines and methods to
support ongoing integration capabilities. Enhance BioVigil---s data
with data from external sources to include public datasets as well
as client data sets. Thoroughly document BioVigil---s data
architecture. Secondary Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues identified by the Client Support Manager. Manage
escalations and ensure issues are resolved in accordance with
existing service level agreements and objectives. About You
Proficient with SQL (experience with MySQL a plus). Proficient
presenting data in reports and/or dashboards. Proficiency with the
use APIs and modern file interchange formats for transferring
datasets . Proficiency with the use of banded and WYSIWYG report
creation tools. Competent with MS Office, and ticketing software
(Atlassian JIRA a plus). C#.NET coding experience a plus. Prior
experience in a similar role. Excellent analytical and problem
solving skills . Strong written and verbal communication
skills.
