electrified powertrains. We are looking for an Electrical Test
Engineer. This position will be responsible for building,
troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating test instrumentation
and equipment control systems. The position requires hands-on
experience and strong technical and analytical background in
electrical engineering and electronics. The candidate should be
able to develop electrical and electronic documentation as needed.
The position requires hands-on experience and strong technical and
analytical background with test measurement and instrumentation
protocols. Instrumentation includes pressure transducers, flow
meters, strain gages, linear and rotary actuators, thermocouples,
solenoids, digital meters, and computer interface systems as used
in an automotive test laboratory. Our recruiting team is ready to

transparency and prompt communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build new
and modify existing test equipment instrumentation and control
systems. Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of
automotive test equipment and instrumentation. Calibrate test
equipment and instrumentation and report any abnormalities that
might affect test operations or results. Design and document
electrical and controls upgrades to test equipment and
instrumentation. Identify and analyze test lab equipment
requirements insuring that equipment is capable of appropriate
measurement range and resolution including data acquisition
systems. Create system functional requirements for control systems
including specification of electrical interfaces including
functionality and diagnostics. Prepare electrical schematics
including controls logic diagrams. Insure test instrumentation and
equipment is serviced, maintained, and calibrated to IATF 16949
standards and Tenneco---s Quality System while recording plans
through the maintenance and calibration SharePoint database.
