We are looking for:
The Compensation Consultant will be responsible for administering
the compensation programs and processes across the organization.
The incumbent will plan, design, evaluate and administer employee
compensation programs and provide support to People & Culture
business partners and business leaders to identify and address
compensation issues and evangelize CMS Energy's compensation
strategy. This position also represents the client's point of view
in key corporate compensation initiatives and the corporate point
of view with client groups. The Consultant will possess an in-depth
knowledge of market trends and internal equity practices and will
be responsible for supporting broader strategic projects.
Demonstrated business acumen required with strong interpersonal and
communication skills, including the ability to build consensus
across stakeholder groups
Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced working
knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

4-7 years' in-depth knowledge of compensation programs including
incentive, base and bonus structures; FLSA guidance and

Develop, implement and monitor employee compensation, to include
pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex
costing scenarios, incentive plans, etc.
