McKinley is looking for a full-time Property Quality Control Ann Arbor, Michigan! Compensation: $18 - $22/Hourly + Benefits Position Information: As the Property Quality Control of your portfolio you will be responsible for auditing the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment communities for prevented maintenance. These audits will assist with community safety and optimizing our residents' time with McKinley. Enforcement of community policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain the upkeep of the asset.

• Responsible for ensuring that the auditing the physical aspects of the property meet the company established standards and applicable laws and housing codes as well as ensuring workplace safety and OSHA standards. This is done for safety appearance and operational efficiency reasons and must fall within the budgeted financial goals.
• Working alongside the maintenance site team members to find solutions on life safety issues and risk and insurance issues.
• Auditing, documenting, and tracking and safety issues with leadership and onsite Community Managers. (Smoking, Balcony Barbecue Grills, etc.)
• Responsible for tracking and following up on any violations of issues that arise for reporting to leadership to review.
• Documenting necessary repairs needed on the property limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, pool, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, carpet cleaning and exterior structure.
• Requires that all proper documentation is maintained including but not limited to MSDS logs, 10-Star Tune Ups, snow log, HVAC recovery, emergency evacuation procedures, preventative maintenance inspections, workplace injuries and time and attendance as required by McKinley and other regulating agencies.
• This position has basic grounds work responsibilities.
• Assists with other responsibilities including but not limited to inventory, report documentation, property walks and unit inspections.
• Additional job responsibilities may be assigned. Position Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is required for this position. You will need to drive your own vehicle around the property.
  • You are comfortable bringing and using your own set tools at work
