What you'll do on a typical day:

• Lead communication and contact on matters pertaining to the company car program serviceSupport members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel, and fleet maintenance department Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignmentsMonitor database and track company car assignmentsConfirm accuracy of database and generate monthly reportsConfirm accuracy of repair invoices and process them timelyHandle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed Perform other job related duties asasignedWhat you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
