We have been a staple of home renovation and repair in Washtenaw County since 1999.
Who We WantWe are seeking a motivated, experienced sales representative to help our company handle growing sales leads. The sales consultant will be responsible for working with existing and future customers for retail home improvement work. While candidates should be knowledgeable in all areas of home renovations, this position will have a heavy focus on kitchen, basement, and bathroom remodels with the opportunity to orchestrate full additions. Candidates must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects simultaneously is a must!
Responsibilities---Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers---Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships---Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction---Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule---Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments---Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications---High school diploma or equivalent---Minimum 5 years' experience in construction field, 10+ years' experience preferred---Proven work experience as a sales representative---Highly motivated and target driven---Ability to perform field measurements for the products sold---Excellent selling, communication, & negotiation skills---Prioritizing, time management, & organizational skills
Compensation---Starting salary: base of $50,000 + commission ($50-200K potential)---Paid Time Off---Paid Holidays---Company vehicle to be used during workday
