Job Description:

We are looking for Solution Architect/Business Solutions Architect for our CGEM (Cisco Global Enterprise Enterprises team to support customers. In this role, you will partner with our CGEM Enterprise account team in a pre-sales technical role. Primary responsibilities include understanding Customer's network architecture, CXO priorities, and map Cisco products and solutions to help them solve problems and achieve goals. Translating their business needs into technology - Setting up demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to customers and crafting and configuring products and services. Actively participate as a specialist and provides consultative support in their area of specialization to other team members.

What You Do Today

  • Capture incremental revenue through the creation of new budgets by engaging beyond traditional IT procurement: help Line-of-business (LoB) and IT executives shape and drive their digital transformation
  • Drive multi-domain architecture approaches: simplify technical complexity, leverage knowledge of Cisco's solutions & capabilities, build from insights on key technology trends
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT: translate investments into business outcomes, make technology solutions relevant to business stakeholders and users through use cases brought to life with collaborative workshops
  • Orchestrate the lifecycle selling motion by involving all relevant resources (account team, tech specialists, CX, Partners, industry experts, etc.) to deliver Cisco's holistic value proposition to the customer
  • Masterfully leverage BA tools: Business Model Canvas, Digital Journey Dashboard, Executive Storyboard, Performance IT, Collaborative Workshopping, etc.
  • Deliver highly-rated sessions at various events: included and not limited to Business Architecture Virtual Team (BAVT) meetings, Cisco Live, Cisco Connect, Industry Events, internal/external events
  • Help Cisco Partners develop their in-house BA/Cross architecture skills and know-how

        • You will interpret the customer's business, technical and market drivers, with the customer's needs and transform that into strategic (short and long term) technical architectures to solve business problems
        • Able to communicate deep technical information in ways meaningful to a customer's business.
        • You have skills to do competitive analysis at the technical and business level.
        • You have a deep understanding of the industry trends in the customers vertical.
        • You understand and you are able to effectively map business drivers, outcomes and capabilities to technology solutions.
