The Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II) will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. The ISR II will be a significant contributor to the success of a well-positioned, well-financed growth stage biotech company focused on helping Healthcare Providers (HCPs) diagnose, prognose, monitor and treat patients with autoimmune disease. We are looking for an energetic, proven, results oriented inside sales professional to join our team and make an impact on our success. Ultimately, the responsibility of the ISR II is to support our sales team and work on important initiatives that support and help drive growth of our AVISE portfolio of tests. This is an on-site opportunity. Responsibilities: Support the sales of our AVISE testing portfolio by supporting our sales team and executing important projects and initiatives that help us drive broader utilization of our AVISE portfolio of products. Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and performance goals Execute quarterly business plans completing all assignments, initiatives, projects at the highest level and in a timely manner. Utilize a broad tactical approach to gaining access to customers and decision makers through outbound phone calls, email, video calls, etc. Work closely with your supervisor to determine the right tactics, resources, tools and approach to executing assigned tasks and selling initiatives that initiate and/or expand utilization of our AVISE test portfolio Engage and influence customers and accounts by penetrating them though the skillful delivery of compelling, concise, clear messages that result in the desired action ultimately leading to ordering AVISE tests Able to discuss the full range of our AVISE testing portfolio in a way that encourages interest and new or expanded utilization of our tests Be viewed by customers as the subject matter expert when it comes to our tests and logistics Develop and maintain expert knowledge of patient blood access, office logistics and HCP workflow to provide the easiest path to our tests for the HCP, staff and patients Skilled at building strong relationships and getting past the gate keeper to medical staff and/or HCPs who can make decisions and/or order our tests Follow-up and investigate any customer issues within 24 hours and work with respective team members/supervisor for resolution Maintain accurate records of all interactions utilizing Exagens customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tracking and documenting tools Conduct all assigned job duties in a timely and productive manner Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year of inside sales experience Advanced experience/understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, utilizing a CRM, and basic knowledge of virtual communications platforms (VOIP, video conferencing, e-faxing, PDF conversion) Documented track record of sales success Detail orientation along with a high level of organization skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and strategic approach to getting to account decision makers Able to learn, comprehend, and communicate complex medical terminology quickly Preferred Qualifications: Prior diagnostic, medical or pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus 4-year college degree preferably in Science, Biology or similar fieldby Jobble
