Job OverviewIn a Sales Executive - MSO role we are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our growing sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sell targeted multi shop operators (MSO)
  • Identify potential new MSO customers
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs and CRM systems
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer's needs
  • Work with sales leadership to develop effective sales strategies and drive implementation
  • Set targets and track sales account targets that align with company objectives
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer network
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with customer success team for onboarding and continued training opportunities
  • Contribute at trade shows as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
  • Follow up with client on any technical issues; escalate if necessary
  • Other duties as assignedQualifications
    • 3+ years of proven work experience in a sales account management or relevant role
    • Hands on experience in sales with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Excellent business acumen
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Extraordinary negotiating skills
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Able to successfully navigate Windows 10 and Office 365
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Willingness to travel up to 25 to 30% annuallyPreferred Qualifications
      • Working knowledge of Collision and/or Mechanical Repair industry
      • High learning agility
      • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
      • Experience training in a remote capacity
      • Familiarity with SLAs and meeting Metrics
      • Bilingual a plus but not required
