Job Description:

Aramark is actively seeking a dedicated Corrections Oversight Worker to enhance safety and security within correctional facilities. This role involves a high level of responsibility and commitment to upholding Aramark's values of integrity, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will work closely with correctional staff and various departments to oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with all internal protocols and national regulations. Monitor and audit daily activities within the correctional facility to ensure compliance with guidelines and safety protocols. Assist in the training and orientation of new officers and staff on safety measures and operational procedures. Engage with inmates to oversee their activities and ensure a safe, secure environment. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, breaches, and safety concerns to be reviewed by facility management. Collaborate with multiple departments within Aramark to maintain alignment with broader institutional goals. Implement strategies to reduce risks and promote a positive environment inside the correctional facility. Strong observational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle complex situations with discretion and tact Proficiency in the use of security management software and incident reporting tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Corrections Oversight or Law Enforcement First Aid and CPR certification
