Job Description Coverage Needed - ASAP - ongoing - Must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned - Schedule: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hour shifts - Later shift option from 3pm-11pm and weekend shifts available - 40-hour guarantee is an option Clinical Details - No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases - Limited pediatric cases, but mostly standard procedures - 36-46 total cases per day between two locations; 15-20 cases per site - Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia - CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements Requirements - Board Certified CRNA - Active MI license - Clean Background - BLS, ACLS, PALS - Local Providers- Highly Preferred - Current flu vaccine or able to get a medical exemption - Need to be available immediately and must be able to work weekdays (minimum of 3 days per week) - Must have Friday availability for temps
