Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design, develop, coordinate, and/or administer learning solutions across the organization. Schedule or enroll programs as necessary.
Maintain and manage content of learning solutions.
Identify and track metrics and indicators to evaluate the success, effectiveness, and value of training programs.
Manage and maintain Career Path, and succession planning programs. Provides guidance and counseling to employees and supervisors regarding employee development.
Facilitate creation, development, implementation, and maintenance of LMS, or OxfordU e-Learning program.
Schedules, plans and tracks employee training; ensures that all certificates and licensees documented and that team members keep on track with continuing education requirements.
Facilitate Oxford's new hire on-boarding program; develop, implement, and maintain materials to successfully and smoothly acclimate new employees.
Coordinate new hire and first day activities, ensure that all needed onboarding initiatives/activities have been appropriately planned/scheduled.
Conduct new hire survey post onboarding process.
Develop and facilitate Oxford's safety program; ensure compliance of all federal and state laws.
Investigate work related accidents, coordinate claim with insurance carrier, and maintain required documentation and reports. Primary point of contact for workers compensation.
Participate as the HR Representative on the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand areas for improvement and needs for implementation of programs and processes.
Provide advice regarding appropriate process and/or resolution for employee related issues.
Develop and deploy tools, engagement surveys (internal/external) and metrics for assessing employee feedback, identifying employee concerns, and monitoring overall employee satisfaction. Provide actionable insight from the data gathered and implement solutions to improve retention and engagement. This potentially should include a high level of involvement and/or "management" of the synergy group.
Identify employee engagement best practices and key drivers and develop a strategy to adapt/adopt and implement these into Oxford's structure.
Oversee the awards & recognition programs based on current business needs.
Responsible to drive employee participation in onsite training, wellness activities, etc.
Champion HR process change; analyze processes, data, and trends to make recommendations to Leadership Team for continuous improvement.
Provide additional support as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent.
Comprehensive understanding of designing learning deliverables and training.
Experience with e-Learning authoring tools. LMS administration experience a plus.
Experience with HR/LM systems, is highly preferred.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, businesslike manner.
Ability to develop project plans and manage to timeline and budget.
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio or video scripts.
Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions at all levels of the organization.
Have demonstrated strengths in active listening, social perceptiveness, and internal as well as external relationship building.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful and organized to work in a multi-functional role.
Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
Strong results-orientation and commitment to quality, performance and deliverables
Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize.
Perform all job duties with a positive attitude.
