Job Description:
Job Description Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Weekday
Training Required: Wednesday: 5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday-Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Training will continue until
the weekend shift launches (target: June 2026). Starting pay during
weekday training: $23.50/hour (1st Shift rate) Permanent Schedule
(after training): Friday-Saturday: 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Sunday:
5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Weekend Shift Pay: $23.50/hour $2.00/hour
shift differential Important: Candidates must be able to work
weekday training now and weekend work once the shift begins. What
you will do: /n - Under general supervision, assembles components
that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and electrical
components and all other related components to contribute to
completion of a variety of products. /n - Prepare and process
electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines
using fine motor skills /n - Work from process work instructions
and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and
recording related documentation to meet quality requirements /n -
Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle
times /n - Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or
other electronic devices as required /n - Assemble cartons and
containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with
domestic, international and/or customer specifications /n - Uses a
variety of tools that may include, but are not limited to: manual
and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and
measuring and cutting devices /n - Responsible for set-ups, work
preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and
work-area /n - Meet work schedule and overtime requirements,
including weekends /n - Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of
force occasionally and/ or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to
move objects /n /n What you need: Required /n - High School or GED
/n - 2 year's experience /n /n Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker
